Vision

We envision accomplishing our mission by growing
a joy-driven God-centered church family who, through the power of the Holy Spirit,
are continually and passionately discovering, developing, displaying, and declaring
joy in God through Jesus Christ that all peoples might treasure Him above all things.

Over the next five years, in addition to enhancing our current ministries,
we intend to pursue our mission through emphasis on:

• developing new leaders who treasure God as their greatest joy
• expanding a men’s discipleship ministry in which men are being trained to pursue their joy in God and thereby bless their family, church, and community
• cultivating a children’s ministry that instills in them a life-long overflowing joy in God
• strategically developing our church staff to multiply the joy and labor of Neighborhood Church volunteers
• planting God-centered ministries of outreach to the disenfranchised and ethnic minorities within our community
• multiplying resources and opportunities to magnify God’s glory internationally
